Why did Xi'an professors and students come to Zhuji? It is understood that there are more than 80000 hosiery machines in Zhuji, but less than 200 of them are weaving, sewing and turning machines. Most hosiery enterprises use traditional hosiery machines. Zhuji Science and Technology Bureau learned in the "three services" activity that a sewing and turning machine costs hundreds of thousands of yuan. For small and medium-sized sock enterprises that are "weak", there is great pressure to update equipment; In the face of high labor costs, staff shortage, low production efficiency and other problems, the traditional equipment transformation and upgrading of sock enterprises is imperative. This has become the "heart disease" of many business owners.
How to spend less investment to complete equipment iteration and upgrading, so that the majority of SMEs can keep pace with the market? The "three services" personnel of Zhuji Science and Technology Bureau brought the problem to Datang sock industry innovation service complex, and chose Zhejiang Textile Socks Industry Research Institute, which is located in the complex, to lead the technical research.
Zhejiang Textile Hosiery Industry Research Institute issued the "Recruitment Order" through the College Alliance of the Hosiery Industry Collaborative Innovation Center to determine that Xi'an University of Engineering and other professional counterparts will jointly participate in the project tackling; At the same time, we organized hosiery machine enterprises in the industry to carry out demonstration and officially started the research and development of hosiery machine automation transformation. After preliminary demonstration, the research team determined the project of "flexible and intelligent transformation of traditional hosiery machine production line".
The reporter saw in the experimental workshop that the original equipment in the production and processing process can continue to be used, but an intelligent manipulator controlled by data is installed between each process to connect each process in series. At the same time, the control system also sets up two operation versions, simple and professional, according to the actual situation of the sock enterprise.
The person in charge of Zhuji Municipal Science and Technology Bureau told the reporter that according to the current preliminary calculation, the total transformation cost of an enterprise with 100 traditional sock machines was about 100000 yuan, which originally required at least 50 employees; After transformation, only one set of intelligent production management system is needed to connect 20 assembly lines, and the number of operators can be reduced to 20, which will bring tangible benefits to small and medium-sized enterprises.
